Biography

Williams, a native of El Salvador, joined the law firm in May 2017, first as a member of the front staff team and then was quickly promoted to a paralegal. Prior to his start at the firm, Williams worked for a number of years within different industries in Philadelphia focusing on customer service; one of his most recent positions as a General Manager of a well recognized Philadelphia establishment. Williams holds a paralegal certificate after completing an intense paralegal study program and is a part-time student at Universidad Tecnologica de El Salvador, expected to graduate with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in December 2018.

In his current paralegal role, Williams specializes in preparing court proceedings as part of the submissions department, working with the firm’s attorneys on strategic plans and objectives. Additionally, he has responsibility for the submission of immigration applications, petitions, and other documentation to assist clients with meeting their immigration goals, including permits for employment authorization, asylum, adoptions, permanent residency, etc.

As an immigrant himself, not only is Williams able to perform professional Spanish to English translation, he is able to relate with clients and provide a level of comfort and understanding that only comes with first-hand knowledge and experience.
