Bettina Fabros, Senior Paralegal

An immigrant herself, who hails from the Philippines, Bettina devoted sixteen years serving in the public sector before coming to the US in 2002. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and worked in Public Relations back home.
While in the US, she earned her certificate course degree in Non-Profit Organization Management but remained in the legal/immigration field where she is currently the Head of the Labor Certification and Employment-Based Visas Department of the Law Offices of Tahir Mella. There, for ten years now, she specializes in labor certification applications, work visas, and other benefits applications obtained thru employment-sponsored petitions.
She also serves the citizens and the State of Pennsylvania by rendering notary public services, with association memberships in the Pennsylvania Immigration and Citizenship Coalition (PICC), and the National Association for Asian American Professionals (NAAAP).
She is a photography hobbyist and enthusiast, with works ranging from fashion and portrait photography to landscape and nature photography. She is also an inspirational prose writer, and enjoys the art and science of blogging.
