Frank’s court room experience began while in law school, where he participated in Widener’s Criminal Defense Clinic. The clinic provides criminal defense representation to people who cannot afford a private attorney. As a student-attorney, he fought for poor and indigent criminal defendants before Pennsylvania State Courts in Chester County.
Before joining the Law Offices of Tahir Mella, he practiced as a private attorney in West Chester, PA with a law firm that specialized in immigration and criminal law. He understands that even the most minor criminal conviction can have major immigration implications. He has provided aggressive representation to immigrants charged with a crime throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.
Frank received his undergraduate degree from Temple University in 2008. From there, he attended Widener University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2012 and graduating with pro bono distinction. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
